Our Business Development Representative team provided aggressive marketing and advertising campaigns for national accounts in Fresno. Our Business Development Representatives provide customers with the everyday value and uncompromising customer service that has made us so successful. We are now accepting applications for Business Development Representatives for our recent office expansions. *We are looking to fill a Business Development Representative position with full training and growth into management!*

Key Duties and Responsibilities on a Business Development Representative:

  • Manage and service existing customer relationships
  • Answer all potential customers' questions in a professional manner
  • Always operate with the highest degree of urgency and care; remember we are the face for our clients and the services they provide
  • Be a problem solver – find creative solutions to issues
  • Provide expertise, support, and hands-on assistance in all realms of the sales process, making sure customers receive the products that they want, when they want, and how they want
  • Highlight issues and identify opportunities by utilizing the tools provided within our company

Business Development Representative Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Must have tremendous organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Must demonstrate superior customer service in the office and while working in the field with our potential new leads
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The successful candidate must be highly motivated, be willing to take initiative, have a positive attitude, and exhibit a strong work ethic to further advance within our company
  • Must show the ability to engage and interact with individuals in a professional manner
